It is the year 2139. You are the engineer on the S.S. Dauntless, the first real starship equipped with a Faster Than Light (FTL) drive. There are five crew positions on the Dauntless: Captain, Pilot, Doctor, Gunner, and Engineer (you). Your mission: to travel to Proxima Centauri (the nearest star outside of our solar system) and scout out a suitable location for a future colony. The journey will take 4 years through almost entirely unexplored space. Be careful what choices you make; one wrong move coud be the difference between making it to Proxima Centauri and being lost in space forever.

This game has a random order of events and randomly generated outcomes. Some events are left out of a single playthough, so it is highly suggested that you play through a few times to see all of the events and outcomes. Feedback is encouraged, we need as much criticism as possible so that we can make the full game as good as it can be.
