I think you’d have a hard time making the legal case that there’s anything “educational” about the use of this music here. Or any other sort of fair use. You’re not making any kind of commentary on the music or even satirizing it or anything, just misappropriating it to use however you want.

I’m sorry, but 17 USC § 107 does not apply to anything you’re doing here. And hiding behind it like this just makes it harder for those who actually DO take advantage of fair-use law, because copyright holders figure THEY might be lying about it too..
