I think the most helpful thing I learned in this training module was how to use the practices we all already do automatically--having the student enter their information into the kiosk, having them fill out the reflection sheet--to start a discussion with the student about their paper. I tend to do this in my sessions already as a way to avoid awkwardness, so I'm glad that other people think it's a good way to start! That's the main idea from this module that I plan to keep incorporating into my style. I didn't notice anything that I would do differently.
