@jwbrown I found an error with the cipher puzzle, it was originally unsolvable, but it has now been edited and should be fixed. The year Warsaw, NY was founded and the Year the Village was incorporated are both able to be found by using the commands on certain objects, you just have to think.
Update Notes:
-Added clues to cipher puzzle
-Added more explanation at the beginning
-Fixed Cipher puzzle, where the middle word was wrongly coded.

@jwbrown I believe so, where are you stuck, and I will update it to have better hints. You have to type look at, unlock or lift to see many of the hints.
