The answers to these questions would be obvious and unhelpful for most trying to handle anxiety or stress. It would be much better to challenge some of their previous ideas about stress. For example, rather than just having the other answers in the question about how to handle negative thoughts, most people realize that just sitting around and getting upset over them isn't right. However, many will try to just ignore them and put them out of their mind because they know they're unrealistic. That would be a better way of challenging their current mindset rather than making them feel as if they just refuse to do the obvious. It would also be more helpful to provide them with strategies, such as specific breathing exercises, instead of 'you should be eating regular meals'.
Calming sounds, relaxing pictures and a good educational guide are tools for a great story! The only thing that wasn't perfect was that it was a bit childish for your target demographic, but still all in all a great job on this.
