Welcome to the night shift at an old abandoned hospital, a forgotten structure scheduled
for demolition the next morning. As the security guard working the nightshift, you’re
armed with nothing but a semi-automatic handgun, and a thorough knowledge of the
manual of protocols- a standard SOP- except for a warning to not enter the restricted
section, in bold.
Every flickering fluorescent light and distant metallic clang is a choice: do you
investigate the noise, keep to your patrol, or follow the increasingly severe
hallucinations in your head? Your shift has just begun, and in this building, you have to
choose between plunging into another world in your mind, possibly finding out who you
really are, or eventually, your own life.
In this game, players experience and make the choices through the perspective of an
individual experiencing worsening hallucinations, and must rely on their instincts to
navigate through encounters with gangsters, ghouls, and ultimately, your own
psychological derailment.
