It's Romeo and Juliet, but revamped. Rather than taking place in the 1300s, this version takes place right now in 2016, and you get to choose how the story goes. No masked-meeting, no death-faking. This is Romeo and Juliet in the real world, and how the new tale turns out is a matter of choice:

The description says it's your story, but none of the decisions mattered in the end, which disappointed me. Also it plays out very similarly to the actual story of Romeo and Juliet. Other than being set in modern times, nothing else was very different at all. It was an alright story though and well-written.
