BretAllon, it did indeed remind me of the past. Adventure was probably the first computer game I played, way back when. This Diggy game brought back great memories. Well done and a fantastic first attempt. I enjoyed playing and hope you continue to expand this fun game.

Love it.... takes me way back to the games I started playing on the commodore. Back then it was all imagination, when the story line said "you see something in the corner of your eye" you were so involved you could actually see it in your head. Can't remember the names of the games right now but it was these that led me into the King's Quests, Zelda, Virtual Villagers..... on and on which brought me to Diggy's. Love the quest. Good job!

For a first go at it, not too bad.
For game number two (if you choose to make another), explore the powers of Quest. There a lot of things that you could do to empower you as a game maker. Simple examples from this game: Adding keys to the inventory, expanding the verb choices, including simple descriptions for ALL objects you put in the room descriptions, triggering events to happen with the use of flags, etc.
The writing was good enough so I'd like to see what you can do if you really take your time to learn Quest. If you have any questions, ask on the forum!
