UPDATE 0.4.5: Started work on the residential district.
UPDATE 0.4.3: moved the bartender TF scene to the new system, added an additional scene to the Leather high heel boots found under the bar table.
The bartender can now be found by accessing the bar counter, she can also move around the bar.
