What's the question? Is it related to Quest or just Interaction Fiction in general or MUDs (Multi-User Dungeons) as you said "text games"? If the former someone else more knowledgeable will have to help. If it is the other two I may be of some assistance.

You can already play games on your phone online. Some people have made their text games as apps as well, but I don't know how they did it.
