Artistic note: I tried to simulate the feeling of a passage of time and the boredom of being lost at sea, with the days and nights beginning to blur together, and some unpredictability of not knowing what will happen next and when.


About the author: Eileen is a teacher who started making online choose-your-own-adventure stories for her students as a result of having to teach online during the COVID-19 global pandemic in 2020. She hopes that these can be a useful resource for other teachers, anyone with kids, and any curious youthful-spirited beings.
