Transparent by Hanon Ondricek

An eerie exploration of an abandoned historic house. Acquire pictures with your trusty camera to get paid and search for evidence of the 2nd unit crew who is supposed to be there with you. Someone is definitely making those sounds in the dark.

Play in an offline, sound and graphics-capable interpreter is recommended.

Contains creepy and possibly surprising atmospheric sound effects. Does not contain "screamer" type audio/visual jump-scares.

Hi Hanon, Thank you for replied. I couldn't help myself but I like how the (disembodied) White hand reacted when I recall the image I took of that… Thing. Thank you again

Hi Male Annabelle Doll 96--
The best way to get a hint in the game is to take a picture of what you are having trouble with, and then take a look at the resulting picture.

Try SHOOT STUDY DOOR. RECALL STUDY DOOR. (Although there are different verbs to do these.)
If you don't get a "weird feeling" about a picture when you take it, and the game just says something to the effect of "It's a good shot of [the thing]" it's probably not a puzzle. I think things that are locked should all give you a clue.

The four doors together in the downstairs back hallway are actually red herrings and cannot be opened. This was sort of an oblique tribute to the corridor of doors in the Haunted Mansion at Disney! It's the "servant's corridor" which became the staff offices and sort of a rude place to put the groom's family portraits after the wedding didn't go down. It would have been very cool to implement the offices, but I didn't have time to get them in.

Hey Hanon, Can you give me hints about the keys? You know, the study door, and the doors in the Corredor

Regarding the gloves: This is one of the hardest puzzles in the game and I apologize for that:

To get the gloves you must wait until it's dark. A ghost will appear in the attic with a rocking chair and a knitting bag. If you attempt to take the bag, you'll hear a voice asking you to leave the bag alone. Don't try to pick it up a second time. Leave the attic. Sometime a bit later the game will tell you that you feel like you've been "hugged". That's the knitting ghost slipping some new mittens into your inventory.

Also if anyone is confused about sound in this game, the game has sound if you follow the "IFDB listing" link, then download the .gblorb file and run it in an offline interpreter - Winglulxe works for Windows, and Gargoyle works for Windows and Mac, as well as Spatterlight and Zoom for Mac.

Here is a link (same one from IFDB) to download the supplemental material. This is not an explicit walkthrough but explains vaguely about endings and general game hints.

You need to wear a glove to get unstuck from the van.

Also, there are four major endings - you don't have to go in the garage at all for the others.

A really intriguing story, with real depth- only a somewhat abrupt ending!

There's a lot I loved about this game- though after exploring the house and learning so much, the ending seem somehow a bit removed from all of that story!
I was wondering, is there any way to get your hand unstuck from the van, or to find out the fate of the people there?
