The Returned by Nick19

IMPORTANT: This is not the full game, this is not even close. I just want to see what people think so far. I don't want to get way into this if nobody likes the theme of it all, or the way it is played.

It's my take on an apocalyptic story, about zombies of course, everyone likes zombies right?

This game was very well done. I would recommend continuing it it grips the player immediately and makes them want more.

What do you do when the zombie comes to you in the room? You can't exit.

Other than what Tim Sibiski said about the intro, you really need to put more work into it. The beginning is pretty buggy. For example:

> switch on Light Switch
It is already switched on.

> switch off Light Switch
You switch it off.

> switch on Light Switch
You flip the switch up but find that nothing happens.. the light's must be broken or unplugged.

It tells me I should turn on the lights, so I switch them on and it says they're already on. Then I switch them off, and switch them back on, and it says they're broken suddenly. If I leave the room and come back, it tells me again that I need to turn on the lights. It really needs some work.

This is another "Wake up in a hospital" zombie fiction.

This is an incredibly well-trodden plot device with multiple stories using the same exact intro:
28 Days Later
Resident Evil 2
Walking Dead

I started playing it and when I realize that I was in a hospital, I stopped immediately for this reason. Is there anything you can do, like information in the description above, that can set this story apart from ones that start the same way?
