If you go one room North and immediately go one room South, you *should* wind up in the same room. I think you have your West/South options mixed up.

>You are in a Torture room.
You can go west or south.
You find a exit to the north that leads to another room. this room is much bigger. A long almost like a hallway type room, the walls are plastered with red from god knows what. You also see a cold stone hatchet.
