This piece of interactive fiction exists to teach people about what it is like to live with the mental illness known as schizophrenia.

Note: This piece of interactive fiction has notes that will direct the reader to annotations. Those annotations are contained in this supplementary document, which is to be read whilst playing the game.

Disclaimer: This is a piece of fiction that does not claim to completely represent reality. Nothing that remains unsourced in the supplementary document should be taken as fact. This simple game also focuses on a more debilitating case of schizophrenia. Not all cases of schizophrenia are as debilitating as the one portrayed in this story, in fact, all cases of schizophrenia are unique. While one person may not be able to function very well on their own, another might be able to work and serve as a more productive member of society.
