11 years later, I worked out how to get around the bug. Don't use the command 'grab space suit' use the command 'take space suit' otherwise the game gets stuck in a bug where it doesn't think you've taken the suit but you can't leave the room either!

I played the online version. Great beginning. The music and the pictures made it exciting and whimsical at the same time. A glitch stopped me at the cargo bay. "You have taken the space suit and put it on! Now go left to head back into the main ship interior." But I couldn't leave. Inventory showed that I was carrying and not wearing the suit. Wear suit and put on suit and use suit and use suit on me didn't work. Good game, I hope you fix this bug, so I can see what happens next.
