Review for First Times

The game is fantastic, but i just got stuck, so far i have placed the hear inside the doll, i have scalpel, sheet, needles, tube with needle, religious paper, janitors note, can opener, journal and kiss key. I found the south-eastern door event, got the tower, now i understand i am missing a plunger for the syringe and a ticket to use in the booth, but so far ive tried usign everything on everything and every door, would be nice if someone could tell me what to do next.
