Quite political with a clear agenda, has very good storytelling though and a surprising amount of situations you can get into. Sometimes feels a bit buggy, basicly breaking it's own rules, but generally works fine. I'd recommend a few playthroughs.
Solid ideas here. If it ever gets finished enough to work as more of a game it could be really quite something for achieving the discussions it is obvious designed to prompt.
