Hi, Susana, I'm sorry that happened to you. I will guess you're playing in your browser by hitting "Play Online".
The game is working for me via the Play Online button and by downloading the file. Two suggestions:

-Try playing in a different browser to see if that changes anything.
-The game needs to write a small file to keep track of achievements and usually that will happen locally in your browser cache. If your browser has security settings set to block that for whatever reason, that may be what's stopping the game and giving that error.

If you are not able to set your browser to allow this, I recommend downloading the .gblorb file and the Lectrote interpreter for your system. Lectrote is pretty easy to use should run the .gblorb outside your browser environment.

I´m not sure if is only with me, but your game is not working. It´s giving the following error message:
