Yup, it's probably because you're using your phone.
The game is not set up well for a phone, you need access to the compass.
The code has it set up so that when you follow her to house 6 she traps you there.
Successfully eating her makes the exit visible but that doesn't help with phones since you need to exit and re enter a room to see the new available display verbs.
At the same time I am annoyed by my phone and tablet always loading the keyboard in and out and in and out for other games where you type commands so I set the game to only use display verbs

SPOILERS: WALKTHROUGH FOR THE WHOLE GAME
Alright, I guess I can’t edit or hide parts of the comments for spoiler things but eh, here we go again anyway.

Here is a complete guide and walkthrough for every person you can eat and how to eat them

2 - 10 daycare kids
entering the daycare automatically bumps your score up by one because you eat and digest one when you enter

Do this before talking to the final boss since that will take the option away

In the bar talk to the tired mother then offer to babysit. This unlocks house 2.

Either by having the brother bring her down or by knocking on her door
Enter the little sisters room after asking the brother about vore

The way to eat the final boss is...



You don't have to feed the final boss anyone, the steps are,
Speak to
Collect 3 items
Poison
Chains
Knife
Play
Eat and digest guard
Offer drink (poison)
Seduce
Eat and digest guard
Bind (chains)
Attack (knife)
Eat

If you do those out of order you get eaten
Offer the drink before you play and he doesn't like you enough to drink
Seduce him before he's drunk and he'll just eat you
Most importantly
Try to bind him with any of the guards still around or even in your belly and they'll kill you to protect their master
