Note about 0.8: Although the omorashi kink and messing are enabled by default, as of 0.8.0, you may choose to disable these at the beginning of the game. The omorashi kink mechanic was added in 0.8.0 and involves major changes to excitement gain/loss, including buildup when desperate, as well as being allowed to wear wet underwear without punishment. If you do not like the change, you may turn omorashi mode off in the game settings to revert to pre-0.8-style gameplay.

Author's Note: In the very beginning, this game was intended to be a simple mod of Sunny Paws Day Care, a game by SiriusSpacePuppy and Thirteen_13, with all age regression content removed, but I quickly realized that this was both impossible and far too restrictive for the kind of game I envisioned.
As such, this game will bear some similarities to that game, as dedicated fans of both will notice. (Note: both authors have given written permission to use assets from their game, anyway.) That said, this game has a few huge differences:
- All mechanics, structures, and code have been written from scratch. (A couple sections of dialogue, including some of the wetting/messing scripts, are adapted from SPDC.)
- This game has no age regression. Instead of physically regressing into a child who still engages in AB/DL acts (yikes), you merely become more and more addicted to/attracted to the use of diapers (nice). This applies to NPCs as well- instead of interacting with children through the ABDL kink (not cool), you can engage with adults who can, and do, eagerly consent to all sorts of fun stuff. (What stuff? Play and find out!)
- Whereas SPDC has a "fun" stat (which becomes relevant after hitting a certain regression level, and is restored by playing with toys), this game features an "excitement" (arousal) stat (which becomes relevant after hitting a certain diaper attraction level, and is restored by sexual acts and influenced by undergarment status attributes). Let your libido get the better of you, and suffer the consequences!
- There is no furry content.
- This game welcomes players of all sexual and gender orientations- at the beginning of the game, you can choose to be Male/Female/Nonbinary, and regardless of choice, you can specify whether you will have a penis or vagina. (This affects various 'adult' scenes.)
- There are wetting/messing gifs for pull ups/underwear (made by YesIAmThatDan) as well as for diapers (made by Thirteen_13).
- The front gate exit mechanic has been enhanced to incorporate content from the entire game, so that there are no "extra" areas. ('Look at' the front gate for hints on gem locations.)
- The completed game will have art for every character in the game. (I'm not that great an artist, so I have to commission the art from NSFW artists both in and outside of the ABDL community. Expect art to be added at a slightly slower pace than other game features.)
- The completed game will also have more areas than the original... so be on the lookout for secret areas!
