The year is 1928 and the place is THE CITY OF TOMORROW, formerly known as New York City. Zeppelins soar overhead, and neon lights blaze from every signpost and building. Skyscrapers, designed in that new flashy "Art Deco" style, rise hundreds of feet into the air, disappearing into clouds above. Below, crowds of Model T's roar through the streets.
But it didn't always used to be like this... One man alone is responsible for The City of Tomorrow... On every person's lips, whether they be man or woman, youthful or aged, affluent or destitute, the same name is spoken-- in both awe and hatred: ZAMENHOF.
