Welcome to war. Christopher Wyndham is an American news reporter during the Vietnam War. He is there to report on a massive skirmish that broke out between the US Marines and the Viet Cong near Dien Bien, Vietnam. He is escorted by Jordan Hartman, an ace Air Force helicopter pilot. Everything goes downhill when their chopper is taken down by an RPG. This is Christopher Wyndham's story.
Black River Alpha is the prologue to Monkey Street Games' new game being developed, Black River Crossing, an original Vietnam War era platformer/shooter. These games are works of fiction and all character's names are being used in a fictitious manner, and in no way reflect real people or events.

If this is a taster for some fabulous shooter game, I don't hold out much hope for it. You basically leave a helicopter, pick up a radio and a gun before being led along a rail through a couple of locations before dying.
