I'm a little lost, larger because it is hard for me to determine what is important in the rooms. For example, the mace and sword are not observable or takeable even though they are described in the room description, but the axe is. Other examples include the tables in the different rooms. Some are observable, even moveable (a bit) while others are 'I can't see that'. Also I had a hard time with directions. Who knew that the blocked cave entrance was 'down'? I know it is tedious sometimes, but if there are items mentioned in the room description, there really should be a description for them if you look at them or try to interact with them. Anyway, I would like to continue playing this because I think there is some merit to it, but at this point I am in a guessing game as to what to do next. Do I use something on the cave entrance? Do I start a fire somewhere? Is the door in the tower room relevant? It says it is open, but I don't know if that's because I entered the room via that door or if there is some direction I have overlooked? Hopefully you continue working on this because, as I said, there definitely seems to be something here that with a little polish can make for a pretty good game. I'm dying for a good text adventure rather than a gamebook! They don't come around very often! Good luck and ask questions on the forum if you need help!
