A great game, though I would have preferred, for a computerized gamebook style where the book remembered my options, because sometimes those buttons are just so tempting! A great atmosphere, and since the book can be saved, all paths can at least be read in one playthrough, including dead ends. I would have prefered that the coded words have some sort of meaning. The reason for 4 stars is that, I really didn't get the ending scene. How did my character know what he knew? I feel there was a major plot hole somewhere... With this confusion along with a few other setbacks listed above, I inevitably decided to take a star off.

A new type of game from Craig, but the same kind of feel from his other games. Good work!

Its fun but there being no return to last option option when you die and the saving option doesn't really work as there is no way to load back up lose this game 3 stars

A decent story-line, gets a little confusing in places. and you can use items even if you don't have them. Still worth playing through.
