Catch That Cat by felixp7

"Ugh. Monday morning. You're still not recovered after the party two days ago, and you have an SMS from your wife: 'Will stay with mom for one more day. You take the cat to the vet.' Meh."

Catch That Cat is a short, easy game about the misadventures of an ordinary city dweller. It started life as the demo game for a toy authoring system, then grew legs, being ported to several others, with minor variations -- a kind of personal benchmark. But this is the original.

Please read the author's comment or you will pull out your hair - "It might help if you realize the game uses a *two-word* parser."

Pretty fun little game.

I know, I know... t might help if you realize the game uses a *two-word* parser, so commands as complex as "give X to Y" are out of the question by definition. Hint: just drop the crate and bottle in his presence. And thanks for playing!

I like the concept and the writing isn't bad, but the commands and verb choices are bothering me. For example, how do I give the crate to Mr. Petrescu? I've tried just about every conceivable command to no avail. Not being a Quest game, I realize that you must type exactly the correct verb and noun, right? Example, 'give crate to mr', 'use crate on petrescu', 'give crate to petre' don't work, so what EXACTLY do I need to type to achieve this goal? Perhaps, a list of commands would be helpful? 'help' wasn't all that helpful.
