This has some potential, but falls well short. An example of the sex scene: "The madam brings you a client. You earn 233 credits." Is it me, or is that lacking something for an erotic story?
You can modify your looks, but you can win without doing so, and with out any risk. It needs some mechanic that forces you to transform - and something in in keeping with the setting than a magic fountain.

This has the promise of a good game, but never fulfils that promise. You do not need to do any transformations to complete it, just go with enough clients (I did it with 26). There was nothing erotic about the writing, the encounters with clients were glossed over, with just a statement about the money made.
It could have been so much better. Say the first brothel makes you just 10 credits each time, but gets you some experience. You have to get some transformation and experience to get to the second, and that earns you 50 credits each time, the third requires more experience and more transformation, but you start earning 250 credits each time, and so on.

So I saw you had no reviews, so I will review this one for ya!
I like the layout, makes decisions simple.
Love the idea of mutations and the such in order to make more money, such a cool idea.
What I take away a star for is that I feel like I want more from this story. Like it was very straight-forward, but not a ton happened. It was very easy to beat as well. A great premise that is executed decently, but you could have done more with the concept. Good job so far, though!
(dynamic sex scenes sound awesome, btw)
